CLCC is an A-grade constructor; our financial affairs are very steady and have abundant funds. For the short eerm, we plan to join tenders with the amount ranging from NTD two hundred millions to NT tow thousand millions; this is our main battlefield. Nevertheless, under our variety of strategies, we have the professional technology and facilities and also have the ability to participate large BOT project as a professional sub-contractor. For the long term, we plan to engage in middle size BOT for obtaining the highest revenue.

The CLCC has cooperated with German ORTEC and manufactured Load Master. We bought the first self propelled flash butt rail welding machine in Taiwan to be ahead of professional track construction. We also imported the drilling facility with the strongest torsional capacity which provides the greatest depth in Taiwan. All these further upgrade our technology in bridge constructionand increased our competing capacity.

To increase management efficiehncy through e-communication, CLCC has adopted an inter-communication system between each department via e-mail access, and to accomplish further management computerization.
